Finance or No Finance? "Breaking the Glass Ceiling" to take control of your career so you can live your dream life.

Anthony Tse W'01 C'01 is a career transformation and executive leadership coach, private investor, independent director for funds, and business builder.

He has been in the finance industry spanning investment banking, private equity, hedge fund and family office across 4 continents. At 30 years old when his employer shuttered near the depths of the financial crisis, he launched his own hedge fund. A decade later he made a career pivot from finance to build an education group in Singapore to raise his own children according to his philosophy, a business that was subsequently acquired by a strategic player. Anthony is the author of “Breaking the Glass Ceiling – An Insider’s Memoir” which talks about the fulfillment from pursuing your dreams, turning challenges into opportunities, spending your time on things you value most, how dots eventually connect and not living a life of “what-ifs.”

Anthony graduated from Huntsman Program in 2001. He has been on the Huntsman Alumni Council for 4 years and was spearheading the interview process for Huntsman Program in East Asia. As part of living his dream, he is personally involved in the daily upbringing of his children to ensure he doesn’t miss the key moments.
