Thursday, December 6, 2018The Wharton Club of Hong Kong along with the Penn Club of Hong Kong would like to announce our famously popular annual gala holiday season party for 2018 with BBQ dinner. This year we have a new venue to add to the excitement @ the Portside, at The Aberdeen Marina Club.
If your busy calendar allows you to attend ONLY ONE Penn-Wharton event in a year, then it should be THIS !!!
Like in past years we will have music, lucky draw (remember to carry your business cards), yummy food, drinks and lot of festive cheer and fun.
Our annual parties have been overwhelming success for last 4 years with over 120-140 alumni attending on average.
Like always we will invite staff from Penn-Wharton external affairs, Philadelphia to interact with alumni. Invites are also being sent to Penn-Wharton alumni within the region, outside of Hong Kong (20 plus came last year) to grace the occasion.
We request our alumni to join the annual party along with their spouse / significant other / guests to welcome the start of the festive season with the Penn-Wharton community in Hong Kong.
To increase the participation and help us plan better a special early bird pricing is being offered, please register at the earliest to help us plan a wonderful evening for all our alumni.

Early Bird Price (till November 6th): HKD 1000 (includes dinner and unlimited drinks from 8:00 - 11:00 PM)
Full Price after November 6th: HKD 1,200 (includes dinner and unlimited drinks from 8:00 - 11:00 PM)
Guests: WCHK members are welcome to bring guests
Registration
Payment should be made to the Club’s account at HSBC (#502-411531-001), with receipt emailed to Sanjay Khanduri ([email protected]). Please mention your guest name and dietary restrictions if any in your RSVP and send in your payment ASAP. Please note WCHK has a no walk-ins allowed policy, so please pay ASAP to avoid disappointment, as our annual party has been a house-full event for last 4 years.
