The Wharton Club of Hong Kong along with the Penn Club of Hong Kong would like to announce our famously popular annual gala holiday season party for 2021 at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, @ the new Regatta Room on Kellett Island. This is a special Type D Private Event, requiring all participants to be FULLY VACCINATED and use of LeaveHomeSafe App at the main entrace and then again when entering the Regatta Room.
If your busy calendar allows you to attend ONLY ONE Penn-Wharton event in a year, then it should be THIS !!!
Like in past years we will have lucky draw (remember to carry your business cards), yummy food, drinks and lot of festive cheer and fun.
Our annual parties have been overwhelming success for last 5 years with over 120-140 alumni attending on average. This year the capacity would be restricted to 70 (as of date)
We request our alumni to join the annual party along with their spouse / significant other / guests to welcome the start of the festive season with the Penn-Wharton community in Hong Kong.

Time: 7:30pm to 12:00 midnight
Venue: Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, @ Regatta Room, Kellett Island (https://www.rhkyc.org.hk)
Dress code: Festive Attire
Early Bird Price: HKD 1,050 before eod November 15th (includes dinner and unlimited drinks from 8:00 - 11:00 PM)
Full Price after November 15th: HKD 1,250 (includes dinner and unlimited drinks from 8:00 - 11:00 PM)
Guests: WCHK members are welcome to bring guests at the same alumni rate per head.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All attendees need to be fully vaccinated and be ready to show their vaccination proof and comply with all relevant Covid guidelines of Zone-D as per the laws of Govt of HKSAR and restrictions imposed by the venue.
