On popular demand we are back with The Wharton Club of Hong Kong, Annual Junk Boat trip. This year we are doing the event along with Penn Club of Hong Kong.
As in previous years we expect a fun-filled relaxing day out on the sea with fellow alums for a Junk boat trip with Mexican lunch, swimming and water sports.
To align with Covid restrictions, we will have 2 boats each accommodating 20 people for a total capacity of 40 people
VERY IMPORTANT: It is a Mandatory requirement from the Boat company that all participants have taken at least the First Dose of Covid Vaccine before the date of the event.
Like past years we expect this event to sell out quickly. So please register ASAP and EARLY.
Event Details
Date: Saturday July 17th
Boarding Location: Central Pier 9
Reporting Time: 9:30 AM (please be on time for an on time sail-off)
Boarding Time: 10:00 AM (we sail-off immediately after boarding )
Return Time: about 6:00 PM back to Central Pier 9
Vaccination Proof: Please produce a digital or paper copy of proof of first dose of vaccination, this will be checked before boarding the boat
Food: Lunch, Mexican Food from Verde Mar
Drinks & Snacks on Board: Bring your own drinks (BYOD) and munchies to enjoy with fellow alums, though Wharton club will organize some limited drinks and snacks on board
Dress code: beach casual and don't forget to get your swim suits and towels for a plunge
Activities: speed boat / floating mats / swimming
Early Bird Price: HKD 950 (Early bird) if you sign up by June 30th
Full Price: 1050 HKD if you register after the June 30th deadline
(Non Refundable and subject to Viking Charters weather policy, Lunch included)
Guests: WCHK welcomes guests of our alumni / kids at the same rates

To enable compliance with Covid-19 social distancing norms and tracking please follow the two step process
Step 1: Please pay for yourself and your guests using the payment tab
Step 2: Please Fill both your and your guest details, food preferences (veg / non-veg) in the google form enclosed including, confirming that all your participants will have taken at least one dose of the vaccine before the day of the event and your consent to follow all prevailing social distancing norms as may be in place on the day of the event.
Please Note you will be able to participate in the event only if both the steps above are completed
IMPORTANT: Please also provide your cell number / WhatsApp id and dietary restrictions (Veg / Non-Veg) for co-ordinating last minute logistics in case of bad weather and to join the event group chat for updates.
