WCHK is delighted to announce a Whiskey Tasting event on 12 February. We held a similar event in 2013 and the response was overwhelming. For the whiskies this year, we will feature "Highland Park" with a vertical tasting of 5 expressions: 12, Dark Origins, 18, 25, and 30 years old.
We are fortunate to have Ron Taylor to introduce these Scottish whiskies to us again. Ron is a deeply experienced wine and spirit educator and a Scotsman who is passionate about single malt. Ron is born in Scotland and a resident of Hong Kong, has been studying wine & spirits for over 30 years.
