We are excited to launch the Wharton Club of Hong Kong's (WCHK) Speed Networking: Season 3 event, which is the third series of our popular annual matched speed networking over a happy hour format.
  
This year we are delighted to partner with The Oxford and Cambridge Society of Hong Kong to expand potential connections. We help to facilitate new conversations across alumnus of all years and broaden the alumni network across Penn-Wharton-Oxbridge through a structured happy hour where we match alumni based on common career pursuits, interests and preferences.

Please Note: WCHK follows a No Walk-ins Allowed policy, so please register ASAP for a spot!

Date & Time: Friday November 7, 2025, 6:30 - 8:30 pm HKT

Venue: Level 1, Executive Centre, No. 28 Stanley Street, Central

Pricing: HKD 600 / person (non-refundable), includes 2 hours of free flow drinks and canapes

Registration: Please Take note of 2 step process (Both Steps are Mandatory)

- Step 1: Pay the event fee of HKD 600, using the Registration Tab below
- ⁠Step 2: Please fill out a quick survey of your interests for matching, using this link 

Event structure:
- 6:30 to 6:45 pm: Free flow networking
- ⁠6:45 to 7 pm: Registrations and housekeeping instructions
- 7 pm - 8 pm: Speed networking with 3 matches of 20 minutes each

- 8 pm - 8:30 pm: Free flow networking

IMPORTANT: Given the person-specific-matching nature of the event, alumni are requested to be punctual and arrive no later than 6:45PM and stay until at least 8 PM. If alumni face unexpected schedule issues, we request alumni to inform us at least 48 hours before the event of their unavailability.

Lastly this is an ALUMNI ONLY EVENT - please register only if you are a Penn, Wharton or Oxbridge alumni.
